The metal industry has traditionally been manual labour. It is often thought of as noisy and dirty work with sparks flying around. However, that is not the case at our company. How does working in an air-conditioned machine workshop and using a 5-axis CNC machine with a touch screen sound? Or rotating a 3D model on a computer with CAM software, or working with customers on international projects?
We use modern machinery, equipment and software. We have invested in our work environment and tools, facilities are kept clean and the pay is competitive. We have an energetic and close-knit team of more than 40 people. Employee turnover is low, and most of us have a history of 10–30 years at our company.
